Delivery & returns

Orders are carefully packaged using sustainable packaging wherever possible. All prints are reinforced with strong cardboard to prevent bending and cellophane to prevent water damage.

I offer free delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland. Where possible, I like to deliver original canvas paintings in person to ensure they arrive safely. Where this is not feasible, paintings will be packaged in custom crating to ensure safe transit. All orders are fully insured for outgoing postage.

I aim to process orders within 3 working days, but mounts and frames are made to order, so please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery. Please note that original paintings require bespoke packaging solutions and may take a little longer for dispatch to ensure they arrive safely.

International delivery times will depend on your local delivery service. International customers please note that you may need to cover additional customs charges, taxes or import duties, depending on your region.

Regrettably, I cannot currently ship to the United States due to current US import/export legislation. I hope that this may change in the near future.

All orders are dispatched either by Royal Mail or Parcelforce and will require a signature upon delivery.

Returns policy

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is in the same condition that you received it. To request a refund, please email info@aliceturnerart.com or use the contact form. Please include "Returns" in the subject line along with your order number and the reason for the request.

In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact me immediately to provide a detailed description and images of the damaged item. I will endeavour to replace or refund any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

Items for return should be packaged carefully to prevent damage in return transit (I recommend retaining the original packaging for this). Refunds cannot be processed for items damaged or lost in transit upon return. Any insurance for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

I recommend using recorded delivery to return items and please remember to include a copy of your order number along with your contact details in the package.
